Education for Ministry is an four-year, in-depth course for laypeople that prepares them to give their gifts to the mission of the Church through religious study and theological reflection.

The course, based and developed at the University of the South (Sewanee, Tennessee) involves intensive study of Scripture to help students in the their respective ministries: the Old Testament in year one, the New Testament in year two, the 2000 years of Church history in year three, and theological issues in year four.
